Hello and welcome (introduce yourself here)
« Thread Started on Jul 26, 2005, 2:40am »

Darn it I delted the old one by mistake after clicking something which doubled it (technology eh?).

Of the introductions we had, we had Graham firstly. I forget exactly what he said but I remember he did say he plays acoustic guitar and is into stuff from Pink Floyd to John Willaims via Rammstein. He owns Smerkers.

We had Danny whom I draw a blank on Im afraid but from what I know of him he's partial to some Christian rock and likes rainbows. He owns the other affiliate site Cheesemonkeys.

Will is into Jimi Hendrix.

Joel is the "indie kid cliche from Sheffield" (my memory isn't so bad after all!).

James - founder of sister site, Smerkers, we are going to love, apparently.

Then tonight Adam, a good friend of mine joined, and after reading what he said I saw a new admin function which caused me to lose the blooming thread... tsk. Yeah, I can make threads into announcements now. So I clicked it to find out what it does and it doubled the thread and put the top one in a special area to itself. so I thought, ok, let the intros be special so i opted to remove the other one. Unfortunately the system removed both! Grrrr.

Adam said he doesn't play guitar but he likes them, and he likes Nickleback and Greenday.

If anyone who had posted in the old thread wants to cuss me or add to what I've tried to remember here, speak now or forever hold your peace, hehehe. I'm very sorry. :-[ I'll be more careful next time. ;D

I think I'll introduce myself. I'm Hunter. Thats not my real name, but it sounds wicked, so I use it. I found this place off of your admins sig on proboards when she rated my Metal board.

Welcome to Guitarist Cult, Hunter - it's always nice to have another metallion or rock fanatic join the ranks.

Is it bad that I keep thinking of Hunter the gladiator when I see your name? ;D

There used to be this tv show called Gladiators, where you had fitness trainers and former athletes dressed in lycra outfits, making the obstacle courses and various challenges a little harder, for the contestants that went on the show to win prizes/money whatever it was. Hunter, was one of the guys - he had light brown hair and was quite muscular. I think he dated Ulrika Johnson for a while. They had a similar tv show in the States I believe. I think they joined forces for one or two shows as well - the British and American Gladiators that is.

Ahh. I remember now. Sort of.lol. There was a shwo for a while called "American Gladiator." I never watched it, so I'm not suprised I don't know who Hunter the gladiator was. But if he is as muscular as you say, by all means, you can keep thinking like that.lol.

There's no law saying you have to be a guitar player. Anyone seen any laws written in stone that we all have to play guitar? No I didn't think so. We just have a couple of boards for creative people on here - that's all. :)

Nice to see you about, Ash. #i135767471_82174#
